Private Party Reservations
Clubhouse Rental: It can be rented out on an hourly basis at $50 per hour. The clubhouse includes a refrigerator, sink, bathrooms, (6-8ft) tables and (48) chairs for your event. Space for approximately 75 guests.
Pool Rental: It is available to rent each Monday in 3-hour time slots. The time slots are 12p-3p; 3:30p-6:30p and 7p-10p. Each 3-hour reservation will be $300. Pool rentals are not available on holidays and observed holidays. The reservations will include access to the pool area, 2 pavilions, and clubhouse/kitchen (if not rented by a Clubhouse only rental).
In order to reserve the Clubhouse or Pools, you will need to email HOA Management Services at info@hoams.com with the date you are requesting. Reservations are taken in the order everything is received (i.e. rental agreement and payment). You may also see any reserved dates on the events calendar at www.villagesatwicklowhoa.com

Update on Annual Election of Board Members
In accordance with our By-laws, we have an annual election to fill the POA board vacancies. This year we have two positions that are becoming vacant on December 31, 2023. We solicited applicants for the open positions and received four applications. Please be on the lookout for your mailed ballot form coming in the mail soon. Each lot owner will be able to cast their vote for the two open board positions. To view their bios, please visit the Wicklow website (link below).

Dues for 2024- NEW online portal!
We are excited to announce the new online resident portal for our community! PayHOA is a platform that our management company (HOAMS) has been utilizing with other homeowner associations and feels it would be beneficial for our community. This portal will allow for payment of dues, design review board requests, violations, communication, website, and more. Additional detailed information will be shared at a later time; but we will first implement this platform with payment of dues. This will allow residents the option to pay by credit card (3% fee), e-check ($1.00), ACH (no fee) if they choose. Each resident has their own individualized online portal. Residents will also be able to download invoices, view payment history, and overall track lot information. As always, if you have any questions feel free to email info@hoams.com and HOA Management Solutions will be able to assist you.
-The POA board reviewed the dues levels and determined that it is necessary to increase the dues from $475/lot/year to $520/lot/year. and $900/lot/year to $990/lot/year. - Payments are due no later than January 31, 2024.-

How do I get a pool card?
Please call 417.889.4626 if you need to obtain a pool card.
Do I need to get a new pool card each year?
No, your pool cards will work from season to season if your HOA dues are paid in full.
Why won’t my pool card work?
There are several reasons your pool card may not work:
1. If you have not paid your HOA dues, your card is deactivated.
2. If you have had your card for many years, overtime, some of them might lose their magnetism and a replacement card is needed.
3. If you are trying to access the pool during the time the pool is closed, it will not work
What should I do it my pool card isn’t working?
Please call 417.889.4626 to report your card not working and they can troubleshoot the situation.
What do I need to do if I lost my pool card?
You can obtain a replacement pool card for $10.00 by calling 417.889.4626 to report the lost card. We will then deactivate your old card and issue a new one.
What are the pool hours?
The pools are open from 10a to 10p Tuesday thru Sunday. All pools are closed on Mondays for reservations and weekly cleaning.
